Our Coastal Squads scheme is the perfect starter for new golfers as well as those looking to progress aged 6-12. Open to boys and girls, this junior golf scheme follows England Golf’s Junior Golf Passport
Learning to play golf can help your child grow in confidence, keep active and develop a whole range of life skills, as well as learning a sport that they can enjoy for life.
Your budding golfers are taken through a range of playing skills, learning the techniques needed to prepare them for a game on the course and for junior club membership.
They’ll learn all the skills needed to play a complete round of golf including, swing techniques, putting, short game and long game. They’ll also have access to all of the relevant technical equipment available at each course, including our computerised Sky Trak swing studio.
Every session is backed up with tips and tricks to practice at home, as well as online games and other fun activities. It’s great if you can practice with your child at home and encourage them to watch the game at home or on the course.
Each six-week course costs £50.00 when paid in advance or £10.00 per week – book your place here

We aim to get children playing on the golf course as much, and as early, as possible, but we’ll also make use of the practice areas available at each centre. Each hour-long session is fast-paced, fun and active.
We’ll supply all the equipment that our junior golfers will need, including the clubs and balls. Children just need to wear comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather and flat-soled shoes or trainers.
If and when the times come to buy your child their own equipment, you can rest be assured we can provide the right advice and equipment at internet prices. To find out more please visit our online store or speak to your CGA professional.
