Overview of Schools Coaching

In association with the Golf Foundation, Coastal Golf Academy run community links projects, which involves offering golf in schools and then giving children the opportunity to take part in golfing activities at their local golf clubs. This gives the children a pathway to start playing regularly, and potentially, becoming junior golf club members.

Primary School Coaching (5-11)Tri Golf

Coaching in Primary schools is conducted with the use of the Tri Golf equipment, which is a 'mini' version of golf designed specifically for young children. In 2009 each of the local primary schools will be offered the chance to run Tri Golf as an afterschool club where the children attend a 5 week course with the last lesson being at their local golf club. To find out more about golf in your child’s school, please click here and tell us which school they attend.
