Charlie Rusbridge is part of the Essex Men’s team that shall be competing in the National County Finals this week at Whittington Heath Golf Club in Lichfield. They shall be competing against Lincolnshire, Cumbria and Gloucestershire. The event is over 3 days where each County plays each other over 36 holes with Foursomes in the Morning and Singles in the afternoon. Essex are trying to win the trophy for the 1st time in 15 years in their centenary year. Essex will be playing Cumbria in their first match. Charlie will be partnering this years English Amateur champion Harley Smith so hopefully they will be a strong pairing to help Essex to victory.
