CGA Juniors take top spots
There were some brilliant performances by our juniors at the Essex schools Handicap championship today held at Colne Valley Golf Club. Edward Reeves won the under 12’s age group with a brilliant 42 points from Charlie Rusbridge who took runner up spot with 38 points.
Daisy Eves also did fantastic winning the girls event with 42 points. Other noticeable scores were from Bailee Taylor with 37 points, and Ralph Barker Smith another super score of 41 points.
The juniors will now wait to see which of them are selected to represent the Essex Schools team later in the year. Well done to all of the other juniors that represented Colne Valley Golf Club and Frinton Golf Club.
